Attorney Profile
My story began in Ukraine. In the 1990's my family immigrated to the United States. While life as a first-generation Jewish immigrant in New York presented its challenges, it also offered remarkable opportunities.
I received an excellent public education and graduated with distinction from Edward R. Murrow High School. Later, I went on to graduate with honors from the State University of New York at Binghamton. My motivation to enter a profession where I can be of service to others led me to study law at Fordham University School of Law, where I earned my Juris Doctorate. During my time in Law School, I achieved distinction in my legal studies and academic activities. I led the Negotiation Team for the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society, was involved in trial advocacy, and contributed to the school's Law Review Journal. Additionally, I had the privilege of assisting and learning from multiple esteemed judges.
My legal career began in the dynamic world of corporate litigation at Debevoise & Plimpton, a leading international law firm. After several fulfilling years in "Big Law," it was time to give back to the community by providing my legal services directly to clients in a more intimate capacity. My legal experience and background of working on a wide range of legal issues, equipped me with a thoughtful perspective and an ability to navigate complex legal challenges.
In my career I have provided guidance to hundreds of individuals, businesses, estates and organizations. Although I work on cases involving complex legal disputes both pre and during litigation, I am also knowledgeable in areas of law concerning health care, personal injury, intellectual property, real estate, and estate planning.
My commitment to clients is based on practical, tailored and cost-effective legal solutions. Whether through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, litigation or trial, I am dedicated to securing the best possible results. At each step of your legal journey, you can expect strategic advice and unwavering representation. I look forward to helping you!
